Section 8(1) in The Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1957
(1)The promoter shall pay such compensation or annual rent or both in respect of the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 to such persons as the Collector may, on the application of the promoter or of any person claiming to be entitled to compensation or annual rent or both, determine.
