2. Heard in part. In view of the affidavit filed through Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India (DSGI) appearing for the Opposite Parties in the proceeding today, it appears to us that Mr. Sidhartya Ray, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner should be given accommodation to obtain instruction in respect of compliance of Section 17A of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010.
