% 04.09.2023 EX. APPL. (OS) 279/2021 (application filed by legal heirs of deceased Judgment Debtor No.2 u/S 151 CPC for deleting their names from the array of the parties) Mr. Rahul Madan, Adv. has appeared on behalf of LRs of JD no.2 and submits that he has been recently engaged by LRs of JD no.2 and that he has already filed an application seeking substituted service of JD no.1,3&4 vide diary no.1612156/23. However, as per office note, the same is not on record. Learned counsel for LRs of JD no.2 is directed to take requisite steps to bring the same on record. It is stated by learned counsel for the decree holder that he has not received copy of said IA, to which learned counsel for LRs of JD no.2 undertakes to supply the same within two days through email.
At this stage, it is stated by Ms. Manisha Agrawal Narain, CGSC is present and submits that as LRs of JD no.2 have engaged a new counsel, she may be discharged from representing them. In view of above, Ms. Manisha This is a digitally signed order.
