Section 98 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
98. List of persons, intending to appear, to be filed.
- The petitioner or his advocate or authorized representative or pleader shall prepare a list of the names and addresses of the persons who have given notice of their intention to appear at the hearing of the petition and such list shall be in Form No. 25, and shall be filed in Tribunal before the hearing of the petition.
