Section 19(4) in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976
(4)Subject to the provisions of this section, the remuneration and other conditions of services of employees appointed by the Authority shall be such as may be determined by regulations:Provided that, subject to the provisions of sections 22, 23 and 189, the terms and conditions of service applicable immediately before the appointed day to any employee shall not be varied to his disadvantage except with the previous approval of the State Government.
