2. The application stands disposed of.

I.A. 2839/2022 in O.M.P. 476/2012

3. This application seeks early hearing of OMP 476/2012.

4. As OMP 476/2012 is almost a decade old as on date, the prayer is justified. However, as there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent, it is not possible to fix a date in the respondent's absence.

5. Accordingly, issue notice to the respondent.

6. Respondent may be served through learned counsel who have been appearing on its behalf/who holds a vakalatnama for the respondent.

7. Notice be made returnable on 4th March, 2022, so that a date of hearing may be fixed in OMP 476/2012.
