Section 1 in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989
1. Short title, extent and commencement
. (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on such date' as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act and any reference to the commencement of this Act in relation to any provision thereof shall be construed as a reference to the date on which that provision comes into force.
