Section 59(2) in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
(2)The notice under sub-section (1) shall specify-(a)the grounds on which the order of eviction or of recovery of arrears of rent or damages is proposed to be made; and(b)the date by which cause against the proposed order may be shown, such date being not earlier than fifteen days from the date of issue of the notice provided that the competent authority may on application allow further time on such terms as to payment of the amount claimed in the notice otherwise, as it deems fit.
