Section 20(1) in Kanyakumari Sreepadam Lands (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Rules, 1973
(1)In respect of payment of process fees, award of costs, pleader's fees and witness bata, the District Court shall follow the rules and procedure as applicable to District Courts.
