Section 18A(b) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(b)the inclusion or exclusion of any entry in or from an electoral roll, a statement or declaration in writing which is false and which he either knows, or believes to be false or dose it believe to be true, he shall be publishable, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.]
