460X. Leave of absence.
(1)Subject to the provisions of any regulations made under section 460V, the General Manager may grant leave of absence to any officer or servant the power to appoint whom vests in him and for a period not exceeding three months to any other officer or servant appointed under the provisions of this Chapter.(2)[ The Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Committee may grant leave of absence for a period exceeding three months to any officer or servant appointed by the Committee] [Sub-section (2) was substituted by Maharashtra 27 of 1999, Section 180, (w.e.f. 23-4-1999).].
