646.
At out stations, the Cash-Book shall be balanced as prescribed above, and the balances, both that of the receipts and payments under heads (a) to (g) and that of peremptory transactions, shall be carried forward to the next day's account. The accounts shall be balanced, compared, and signed every day in the manner prescribed in rule 643, save that, instead of comparing the Treasury Pass-Book with the accounts, the Judge-in-charge shall see that the Court balances are brought forward, and shall, at least once a week, ascertain that the money is actually in possession of the cashier and record a signed and dated certificate to that effect in the Cash-Book.Periodical Remittances
