Section 90(1)(b) in The Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006

(b)Such number of directly elected Panches as may be notified from time to time by the District Magistrate and each Panch representing as nearly as five hundred population pf the Panchayat area. Its territorial constituency will be the same as those of the members of the Gram Panchayat.
