143. As to newspapers in which advertisements, notices to be published.
- Whenever it is provided by this Act or any Rule made thereunder that notice shall be given by advertisement in local newspapers, or that a Notification or any information shall be published in local newspaper, such notice, Notification or information shall be inserted, if practicable, in at least two local newspapers.
