Section 61(3) in Orissa Zilla Parishad Election Rules, 1994

(3)[Unless the Commissioner otherwise directs] [Inserted vide S.R.O. No, 229/2001 dated 14.5.2001 (O.G.E. No. 904 dated 15.5.2001).] the provisions of Parts-I, II, III, IV, V and VI of these rules shall mutatis mutandis apply to such bye-election.[Provided that in case of a bye-election to the office of an elected member, the electoral roll utilised at the time of election to such office shall be utilised and, unless the Commissioner otherwise directs, it shall not be necessary either to publish the electoral roll or to in white objections] [Inserted vide O.G.E.
