Section 10(2) in The Punjab Electricity (Emergency Powers) Act, 1941
(2)Any dispute as to whether compensation is payable or as to the amount of any compensation so payable, shall, in default of agreement, be determined by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act, 1940.
