CONTEMPT CASE No.1902 of 2017
ORDER:
This contempt case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed by the petitioner complaining that the respondents 1 to 3 wilfully disobeyed the orders, dated 14.03.2017, of this Court in WP.no.2280 of 2006.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Srinivasa Rao Madiraju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; of the learned Government Pleader for Endowments (AP), appearing for the 1st respondent; and of Sri Y.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel for the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, appearing for the respondents 2 &
3. I have perused the material record.
3. At the hearing, Sri Y.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3, would submit that the petitioner herein is temporarily (on ad-hoc basis) promoted to the cadre of Co-ordinator in the scale of pay Rs.25140-73270 in RPS 2015 with admissible allowances subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal; that the petitioner is informed that the consequential benefits in the promotional post will be examined and allowed as per Rules subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal against the afore- stated order of this Court; that the petitioner is permitted to join in the promotional post (temporary) within 15 days from the date of the orders in Roc.no.DP1/583/HDPP/2006, dated 21.09.2017; and that the petitioner was instructed to discharge the duties as Co-ordinator in Asthana Mandapam, Tirupathi, until further orders. Having stated so, the learned Standing Counsel placed on record a copy of 2 MSRM, J C.C.No.1902 of 2017 the said proceedings. He further stated that in view of the said compliance, the cause in the contempt case does not survive and the contempt case may be closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel may be recorded and the contempt case may be closed, however, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, in the event there is non-compliance of the orders of this Court as now stated in the proceedings and on occurrence of subsequent events giving rise to a fresh cause of action.
5. Having regard to the submissions, the facts & the circumstances and since this Court is satisfied that there is no need to further continue the contempt case proceedings, the contempt case is closed, however, reserving liberty to the petitioner as sought for.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
