Section 9(iv) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(iv)The Election Officer shall, on receiving a nomination paper, enter in the nomination paper its serial number and shall endorse on the date on which and the hour at which the nomination paper was delivered to him.
