Section 11(1) in Nagpur rules Relating to the Election of Councillors
(1)The elector on receiving the voting paper shall forthwith -(a)proceed to one of the polling compartments;(b)there make a mark on the voting paper with the instrument supplied for the purpose on or near the symbol of the candidate for whom he intends to vote;(c)fold the voting paper so as to conceal his vote;(d)if required, show to the polling officer, the distinguishing mark on the voting paper;(e)insert the folded voting paper into the ballot box;(f)quit the polling station.
