Section 3(1)(d) in Urban Street Vendors and Hawkers (Registration and Regulation) Bye-laws, 2010

(d)No shortcoming on the part of the Commissioner in respect of action recommended in sub-clause (1) (b) or (c) shall provide reason to any vendor or person for failure to comply with the provisions of these Bye-laws.
