Section 13(1) in The Punjab Transparency and Accountability in Delivery of Public Service Act, 2018
(1)The Chief Commissioner shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier and shall not be entitled for re-appointment.
