Section 41 in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
41. Council to be guided by directions of the State Government. -
The Council shall, in exercising its powers and performing its duties under this Act, be guided by such directions, as the State Government may, by notification, give from time to time, regarding the scope and content of Higher Secondary Education.
