Section 22(1) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(1)A warehouseman shall at all times comply with -(a)the requirement of maintaining effective control of the warehouse as required under clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 15;(b)the requirement of being a fit and proper person as per the criteria as stated in rule 16;(c)the insurance requirements as stated in rule 17;(d)the minimum net worth requirements as stated in sub-rule (1) of rule 18;(e)the security deposit requirements as stated in rule 19;(f)infrastructure requirements as required under rule 20; and(g)compliance with its standard operating procedure in accordance with rule 21.
