Section 11(2) in The Bombay Electricity (Special Powers) Act, 1946
(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the [Government] for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any order, [direction or requirement] made or deemed to have been made under section 3, 4, 5 [6, 6A, 6B and 6C1].
