- Save as prescribed in Rules 71-A, 71-B and 71-C, no figure or icon or symbol or any writing including name and address of the owner shall be exhibited on any public service vehicle. The provision of this rule will not be repugnant to any of the existing provision of the M.V. Act, CMVR,1989 and DMVR,1993. ]
