Section 25(1) in Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Orissa Rules, 2002
(1)The Committee shall hold its sittings in the premises of a children's home and shall meet on at least three days a week. The quorum for the meeting shall be three which may include the Chairperson.
