Section 23(1) in Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions Prohibition of Capitation Fee Regulation of Admission Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence Act, 2007
(1)The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
