Section 63D(1)(b) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958

(b)The occupier while obtaining or developing a Material Safety Data Sheet in respect of hazardous substance shall ensure that the information is recorded accurately and reflects the scientific evidence used in making the hazard determination.
