(3)A person shall be eligible to be appointed,-(a)as a Judicial Member if he is or has been a Judge of the High Court or has put in twenty-five years of experience in State judiciary with impeccable record;(b)as a Non-Judicial Member if he has had twenty-five years of experience in anti-corruption policy, public administration, vigilance, finance and law.
