MR. SPEAKER: I have already indicated it. I am sure that it will be borne out by your hon. Deputy Leader that I have said that I will express my strong resentment from the Chair on the publication of the Report which has not yet been officially placed before the House. I am doing that from the Chair. But with regard to the contents of the Report, I cannot take note of a newspaper report. Let the Report be filed and certainly, the entire House will have full right to discuss it. This is my earnest appeal to you.
