(b)manufacture for sale, sell, offer for sale, stock or exhibit for sale, or distribute any mixture of fertilizers [mixture of fertilizers] [Substituted by S.O. 354(E), dated 3rd June, 1993.] which is not of prescribed standard [(subject to such limits of permissible variation as may be specified from time to time by the Central Government)] [Inserted by S.O. 725 (E), dated 28th July, 1988 (w.e.f. 28th July 1988).] or special mixture of fertilizers which [* * *] [Omitted by S.O. 725(E), dated 28th July, 1988 (w.e.f. 28th July, 1988)] does not conform to the particulars specified in the certificate of manufacture granted to him under this Order in respect of such special mixture ;
