(2)Where the summons is served by affixing a copy thereof in the manner aforesaid the serving officer shall endorse a report on the original summons or annex it thereto. The report shall state that he has so affixed the copy, the circumstances under which he did so, and the name and address of the person, if any, by whom the house was identified and in whose presence the copy was affixed. The report with the original summons shall be retuned to the Revenue Court which issued it.
