Section 57(1) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989
(1)Dwelling with individual conveniences shall have at least the following fitments :-(a)One bath room provided with a tap;(b)One water closet; and(c)One nahani or sink either in the floor or raised from the floor.Where only one water closet is provided in a dwelling the bath and water closet shall be separately provided.
