(3)For day to day administration of the University, the Board shall have an Executive Committee as required under sub-section (10) of Section 19 of the Udaipur University Act, 1962. Under Section 38 read with sub-section (10) of Section 19 of the Udaipur University Act, 1962, all the powers and duties conferred upon the Board under the Act, and Statutes and regulations made thereunder shall be performed by this Executive Committee. The Board shall, however, have the power to review the acts of the Executive Committee and shall also exercise all the powers of the University for the exercise of which no specific provision has been made in the Act.
