Section 18 in Agreement Between The Government of India and The Government of The Federal Republic of Somalia On The Transfer of Sentenced Persons
18. Settlement of Disputes.
(1)The Central Authorities shall endeavor to mutually resolve any dispute arising out of the interpretation, application or implementation of this Agreement.(2)If the Central Authorities are unable to resolve the dispute mutually, it shall be resolved through diplomatic channels.Article 19
