Section 2(1)(xix) in The Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats, Third Grade Municipalities, Municipalities and Corporations (Elections) Rules, 2006

(xix)"Form" means a form appended to these rules and includes a translation thereof in the language or languages in which the electoral roll of Panchayat Town or Transitional Area or Municipality or Corporation is prepared;
