Section 3(3) in Rules Under Section 15 of the Bihar Itki Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Buildings) Act, 1951
(3)The rooms intended for habitation in a building for residential purposes shall have a clear superficial area of at least one hundred square feet and a minimum height of ten feet.
