9. Representation of donors in the Governing Council.
- For the purpose of clause (l) of section 11 of the Act, the threshold of financial assistance or contribution and other requirements to qualify for nomination as member of Governing Council subsequent to the commencement of the Act, shall be rupees ten lakhs or more in the form of donation to the Institute :Provided that no bequest, donation or transfer of any property shall be accepted by the Institute, which in the opinion of the Governing Council involves conditions or obligations opposed to the spirit and objects of the Institute.
