- For the purpose of compliance with the requirements of sub-sections (1), (4) and (7) of Section 41-B or Section 41-C, the Chief Inspector of Factories may if deemed necessary, issue guidelines from time to time to the occupiers of factories carrying on 'hazardous' process. Such guidelines shall be based on National Standards, Codes of Practice, or recommendations of International Bodies such as International Labour Organisation and World Health Organisation.]
