Section 25(2) in The Bihar Public Irrigation and Drainage Works Act, 1947
(2)The cess in respect of any work shall be charged on the lands entered in the register prepared under Chapter VIII with reference to the said work at such rate or rates as may be determined by the [Provincial] [Substituted by A.L.O. as State.] Government.
