- The district Magistrate having jurisdiction over any revenue district or part thereof in which Home Guards are raise may by an order made in such manner as may be as prescribed call-out any Home Guard for the discharge of any duty assigned to the Home Guards in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
