This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 and 227 of
the Constitution of India, with a prayer to direct to
investigation B appointing Sri. Shankar Bidri Police official
to whom I had E-mailed messages of conspiracy previously
as investigating officer, or by any police official of the rank of
Commissioner of police with in camera interrogation of
accused and lie detector test for women and etc;
This petition is coming on for Orders on office
objections this day, the court made the following:
ORDER
The office having raised the objections, the petitioner had appeared on 12.12.2012 and had made submissions as regards the office objections. His submissions were held not acceptable. But he was granted two weeks time to comply with the same. He did not comply. Therefore, again the matter was posted before court on 29.01.2013. The petitioner remained absent but, time was granted by two weeks to comply with the office objections. Since there was non- compliance, the matter was again listed before the Court on 19.02.2013. There is non-compliance. Even 8 today, the petitioner remains absent. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
