3. Amendment of section 4.
In section 4 of the principal Act,––(a)in the marginal heading, for the words “mining lease”, the words “petroleum lease” shall be substituted;(b)for the words “mining lease” at both the places where they occur, the words “petroleum lease” shall be substituted.
