Section 73(2)(a) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977

(a)define the various [sectors/zones] [Substituted for the word 'sectors' by Haryana Act No. 23 of 2004.] into which the local development area may be divided for the purposes of development and indicate the manner in which the land in each [sector/zone] [Substituted for the word 'sector' by Haryana Act No. 23 of 2004.] is proposed to be used (whether by the carrying out thereon of development or otherwise) the stages by which any such development shall be carried out; and
