Section 1 in Rajasthan Non-Trading Companies Act, 1960
1. Short title, extent and commencement and application.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Non-Trading Companies Act, 1960.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force at cone.(4)It shall apply to a company as defined in Section 2 of this Act.
