Section 95(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)All private connections of premises to the mains of the Development Authority for the supply of water thereto and all pipes, taps, and other fittings used for such supply shall be made, maintained and regulated in the manner prescribed.
