Order 22/11/2023 The writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:

"(i) That the order dated 24-03-2017(Annexure
5) passed by the State Transport Authority, Raj., Jaipur and also the order dated 29.08.2017 (Annexure 6) passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raj., Jaipur by which allowing the respondent No.5 to replace his existing A/C Sleeper Bus by a non A/C Bus may very kindly be quashed and set aside.
(ii) Any other writ, order or direction which the circumstance of the case warrants may kindly be order to be passed in favour of the petitioner.
(iii) Cost of the writ petition may also kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioner."

2. The writ petition was filed sometime in year 2018. On being called out for hearing today, none appears for the petitioners.

3. Be that as it may, it so appears that the nature of relief sought in 2018 has been rendered completely stale by sheer passage of time or otherwise, the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the lis due to certain subsequent developments.

4. In the premise, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
