Mr. Pankaj Kr. Jain, Principal of Army Public School, Ramgarh Cantt., Ramgarh is present in the Court and submits that in view of the order of the this Court, the competent authority vide letter dated 31.08.2022, has affirmed the status of the petitioner as 'Regular' w.e.f. 01.05.2013 under the Article 127(e) of Red Book, Rules and Regulations for APS(s) 29.04.2008. It has been further submitted by Mr. Pankaj Kr. Jain that if the petitioner is still aggrieved and some amount has remained unpaid, she may raise her grievances before the competent-authority which shall be redressed within a short span of time.
Letter dated 31.08.2022 is taken on board.
Mr. Prashant Vidyarthi, learned CGC appearing for the respondent-Principal of the School submits that if a direction is given by this Court regarding payment of unpaid amount, if any, the same shall be considered and a reasoned order shall be passed within a stipulated period of time.
Ms. Preity Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not object to the same.
2In view of fair submissions of learned counsel for the parties, since the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed, now nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
It goes without say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by non-payment of some of the outstanding dues, she may approach the respondents by filing fresh representation annexing all the relevant documents on which she is relying, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after receiving the same alongwith the copy of this order, the respondents, shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass a speaking and reasoned order extending the benefits for which the petitioner is entitled for, within a further period of six weeks.
