Section 9(2)(a) in Raiganj University Act, 2014

(a)The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a period of four years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier, and shall be eligible for re-appointment for another term of four years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier, following the provisions of sub-section (1).
