Section 10(d) in U.P. Non-Governmental Arabic and Persian Madarsa Recognition, Administration and Services Regulation, 2016
(d)Inspection of Madarsa shall be done by the Inspector Arbic Madarsa or Registrar Madarsa Education Board or Director of the Department himself or by the person nominated by the Director.
